        Initial Release.

        BUG FIX Release.

                Fixed a bug that would cause the messages to not be posted
                with the PRIVATE flag turned on.  This could cause problems
                if BBS software did not handle it properly.  Also updated
                the documentation to reflect the need for the SysOp to make
                an intelligent choice when deciding which message base to
                post in.

-* Version 1.02 - 04/16/96

        Added compatibility with WC-Charge v4.06.  If you are using an
        EARLIER version of WC-Charge, DO NOT UPGRADE to v1.02, or UPGRADE
        your version of WC-Charge.  This version of ChargePost is NOT
        COMPATIBLE with older versions of WC-Charge, due to a change in the
        format of the receipts that are created.
